Bright, curious and wonderfully playful, Rosethorn carries a radiance quite unlike the quiet magic of the forest’s ancient guardians. His brilliant colours shimmer as he moves, scattering tiny glimmers of light through leaves and flowers. Wherever he passes, sleeping buds begin to open, colours seem a little brighter, and forgotten corners of the forest stir once more with life.

Petalflame appears as tiny sparks of rose, violet and golden light that drift gently from his wings. When they settle upon a flower, its colours deepen. When they touch an unfinished creation, new possibilities begin to reveal themselves. And when they find someone who has forgotten their own spark, they glow softly until wonder begins to return.

He is mischievous too. Rosethorn has been known to hide amongst flowering branches, rearrange petals while no one is watching and leave trails of shimmering Bloomlight leading explorers towards discoveries they never expected to find.
