Each item is posted 1 - 5 days after payment is received. Orders are dispatched Daily, except Sunday and public holidays.  Each item is packaged with care and placed in a box or satchel and padded securely to support the product - then it is shipped via Australia post, all postage costs are to be paid by the buyer at checkout. 

  Items are sent via Standard parcel post (unless otherwise requested and paid for by the buyer), and will include a tracking number.

 

 Postage outside of Australia will vary depending on location. Alternate delivery services may be required for international orders.

If you are ordering for a special occasion - Please make sure you allow enough time for processing and delivery to avoid disappointment, I will not be held responsible for any delays or damage that happen during transit. Refund is not applicable for postal damage. Damage or loss sustained during postage should be addressed through Australia post.

Payment is through PayPal & Credit cards.

When using description measurements, please remember to allow extra width for the box and packaging and approximate weight. Exact details calculated prior to shipping.

Returns Policy

By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following return terms:

 

1. Return Postage – The buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning the item. No return postage costs will be reimbursed.

2. Refund Exclusions – Original postage charges are strictly non-refundable.

3. Condition of Returned Items – Refunds will only be processed once the item has been returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in the exact same condition as when dispatched, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

4. Refund Timeline – Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the legally required time frame.

5. Non-Compliance – Items returned without prior authorisation, in a different condition, or beyond the allowed return period will not qualify for a refund.
